A skilled slave will be given maximum work which he/she can do their level best but the way of treating him/her is proper sometimes. A unskilled slave also will be given maximum work but the the way of treatment is very worse. In this way a country can balance its work force and maintain its level for long time.

let me tell you to re frame your question,what do you mean by skilled slave or unskilled slave , if you have the mentality of refereeing the workers as slave you need to be kicked off from this forum,how can anyone from the HR profession dare to pose such a stupid question, i request to to immediately delete this question or face action.

I am shocked by the question you pose!
We are in the 21st century and if in India, the use of the term "slave" is acceptable, it is abysmal, appalling, abhorrent. I really feel sorry for those Indians who work as "skilled slaves" and those whose lot is to be "unskilled" slaves to pander to the whims and fancies of the rich and the powerful. Is it not expected that academics would condemn such practices and do everything in their power to get rid of slaves, however defined, or anything that has connotations with slavery? What hope is there for India when enlightened people subscribe to the notion of slavery and seemingly endorse slavery. Very sad indeed!
India had the benefit of the English language and therefore had a head start and thus had an advantage to make quick economic and social and technological progress compared to China. And yet because of the social underpinnings of caste, religion, region the country is far behind China. The level you refer to is for all to see, far below the level of China, and the newly emerging economies of Asia. It is utterly lamentable.
I am sure a St Frances Xavier would be shocked and saddened.

I thank everyone for sharing your views in this forum. This is my personal experience I observed in my country. I published articles also in the same. You can go through my articles and take actions whatever the wrong I have done it here. Instead of threatening a young social researcher please refer my articles and comment it. If anything wrong I will remove my post. If one can't discuss his view in open forum after the performance of many experiments that shows the slavery clearly.
