I used AMDIS to identify peaks from Agilent GCMS (.D file). I was under the impression that the said AMDIS would also be able to identify peaks from LCMS, however, I have not been able to open the .ch files from LCMS.
Is/are there any software(s) capable of opening and identifying .ch files from LCMS analysis?

What is your question pl. clarify clearly because you are using GCMS and saying LCMS.
There is a LARGE number of solutions available for the identification of compounds with LCMS. Some are provided by instrument providers some others are available for free. The whole case is more complex. What kind of instrumentation are you using, what kind of acquisition? And what kind of question you are willing to answer. As the software processing approach will be different if you want to screen environmental sample, and different if you exposed an organism to a known pharmaceuticals and want to check for metabolites.
If I have LC MS data for a plant extract, any recomendation for a platform to identify the compounds?
