How does the DCA works to lessen the aggregation of organic and other dyes to be used in a dye sensitized solar cell. I want to understand its effect on the dye or interaction with the dye to decrease the aggregation
Deoxycholic acid acts as a detergent and solubilizes fats. DCA acts as a coadsorbant reducing the dye aggregation. The coadsorption of DCA suppresses charge recombination.
