thank you dear Qari Muhammad Imran for answer to me , i wrote this question 2 years age because i decided to work about some resistance gene and their expression in plant and then i found this relation that u explain to me , after expression of this gene i did hplc for detect salicylic acid but i did not found that . but i saw that the population of nematode will be decrease and resistance gene expressed but i can't saw salicylic acid , and finally i do GC-Ms and it was so use ful for some compund that be on treatment plant , can u explain me why i didn't see salicylic acid in hplc but i had PR1 expression?
