In diamond sample with dislocations we saw lateral lines of line(220). These lines are not symmetry by intensity ( for three lines- lateral-central-lateral: 1012-2292-602) and position (2theta for three lines- lateral-central-lateral: 74,3320874-75,2908531-76,152329 deg). Also in our case there is iron phase with small quatity (compared with diamond phase). Could dislocations cause these lateral lines?

Addition to Yanchun Answer, The lateral line is one of dislocation or defect in the crystal. However, did you re-run XRD experiment using HR-XRD and other instrument such as Raman Spec or others ? If so, you have avoided a cause of apparatus fault.
In several cases, appear sattelites near peak, due the correlation between dislocations
If these lateral peaks are sue to correclation dislocation so is there some information can be taken from it and how to take these infs?
