Hi Dr.Shyam, First of all , it is required to mention what is your basic stem cell source and why you want to differentiate them to become microglia. Because, in brain the source of microglia is the monocyte derived macrophages. As the resident macrophages in brain are microglia, it is essential to the valid aim of your experiment. Please send the aim . Why do you need to do this kind of experiment ?

Hello, microglia require CSF, colony-stimulating factor, (Elmore at al. Neuron, 2014), you can try to add coditioned media fom cell line secreting such CSF (for example L939) .
