I am currently working on the western blot of Seca2a, and did not get good staining though I have tried two commercial antibodies (ATP2A2/SERCA2 Antibody #4388 (Cell signaling), and SERCA2 ATPase Monoclonal Antibody (2A7-A1) (Thermo)). If you have some experience on the Seca2a staining, please let me know. Thank you.

I agree with Simon in that you encounter a problem that many suffer from: There are so many antibodies on the market these days that it becomes like looking for a needle in a haystack when you need an antibody for particular purposes.
