I am going to simulate the water and salt transport in the soil column using 5TE sensors. But all sensors similar to this type will encounter problems, that is, the accuracy of the measured soil water content will decrease when the ECb is greater than 8dS/m.
Since I cannot return to the laboratory for related experiments at this time, I would like to understand what is the relationship between the ECb and the EC1: 5 and the salt behavior on the soil surface when ECb reaches 8dS/m.
