Dislocation includes three processes:generation, glide or climb and annihilation. With the increase of the temperature, the climb and annihilation process of dislocation will be enhanced. Also it is the generation process. But what about the comprehensive effects of temperature on dislocation density?
In general as you heat a material, the dislocation density will decrease. In some cases they will also order themselves into lower energy configurations (like walls). Was that your question?
dislocations are not thermodynamic defects unlike vacancies, but as temperature increases above recrystalllization temperature (typically 0.5Tm), dislocation start re-arranging themselves, which may decrease dislocation density, as observed in re-crystallization process.
dislocations can be generated by vacancies so by increasing the temperature the density of vacancies increase so it is possible to say that dislocation density will increase with temp increment. the dislocation theory of solidification is based on what i just said.

An increase of temperature boosts the dislocation kinetics/interactions. Experiments show that usually dislocation density decreases with increasing temperature because of the increased annihilation. As a consequence we see that metals get softer when heated.
