Hello,

Can someone direct me to a good source to read on the relationship between second hyperpolarizability and third-order nonlinear susceptibility in organic systems? The general idea is discussed in several papers but no details are given on the assumptions taken. Also, I am interested to see if anyone has done calculations on complicated systems with more than one molecule, thus several hyperpolarizability values and their interaction discussed in terms of the nonlinear susceptibility of the system.
