We observe this phenomenon when the formation of nanofibers on the surface of the collector, especially when using low-concentration polymer solutions.
Adding particles can change the required min. polymer concentration. if polymer concentration cannot be increased, try some ideas from the following chart.

1. Addition of nanoparticle into polymer solution will change the viscosity of the solution, which leads to bead formation during spinning. (Note: if more nanoparticles is added bead formation happens for sure)
2. Addition of nanoparticles into polymer solution also increases the conductivity of the solution which also leads to bead formation.
so the amount of nanoparticles to be added as to be optimized based on polymer to be used with several trials to get bead free fibers.
