Why do scientists who publish a lot of papers also publish papers that has a greater quality?
Poor quality = many publications
Good quality = comparatively less publications
They are representing a two parallel lines.
Firstly, it is so essential to avoid the so called predatory journals and conferences, and nominate a trusted publishers and journals.
