HyperChem Professional v 8.0: A molecular modeling environment. Hyperchem runs on Windows NT, 98, ME, 2000, XP, or Vista, operating systems. Can anyone tell me that "Hyperchem" will be good a good selection for Molecular Modeling type of work or not ? Which is the best software for molecular (DNA, RNA or Protein or any organic compound) modelling and drug designing work?

I don't use such a software my self, but few colleagues of mine work in the similar filed and they are using Discovery Studio (by Accerys). I know that it's suitable for organic modeling and simulation. Never heard about that Hyperchem, so can't help you on this one.

There are a large number of programs in modeling molecular for biomolecules, by cons each has its specificity, it would say more about your expectations for such a program.
