There is an important monograph about bat ectoparasites in Italy:

LANZA, B. (1999). I parassiti dei pipistrelli della fauna italiana. Mus. Reg. Sci Nat. Italy. 318 pp.

I suppose it includes identification keys of the species.

It's interesting to mention this superb and modern monograph on Italian bats:

LANZA, B. (2012). Fauna d'Italia. Mammalia V: Chiroptera. Calderini Edizioni. Milano/Bologna. XIII + 786 pp.

It includes a relatively wide chapter about bat parasites, naturally, centred in Italy, but useful for other countries...
