Currently we practise using Internal QC sample which we prepare by ourselves. Each run of moisture test will include duplicate sample of IQC and from the result we will analyze and determine if the moisture test perform well or not. Anyhow the moisture content not constant. What is the best suggestion for moisture test performance by using oven method at 135 deg celcius.
We are using matrix animal feed for the IQC sample.

What I could understood from your question is that you do not get a constant moisture content (MC)?
Did you mean the MC of potential samples or internal control.
The recommendations for MC for wet feed samples is 55 or 60 degrees Celsius for 48 h or dry samples 105 degrees for 16 h (AOAC, 1990).

Thank you for your feedback. What i mean is how to check if the moisture analysis is perform well beside of using quality control (QC)/ certified reference material (CRM) sample.
