In most of the articles says Before adding plant extract Cu.Act solution is stirred for 2 hrs, Whats the reason behind it? After adding plant extract mostly 24 - 48 hrs continuous stirring. My major query was here we are trying to obtain some important phytochemicals to be green synthesized, if this is the case don't too much mechanical stirring and maintenance of temperature degrade the important chemicals????

Simply conductivity is a solution’s ability to transmit an electrical charge and the higher the higher the ions concentration, the higher the conductivity degree. While pH measures the acidity or alkalinity in a solution (is a measure of the hydrogen ion concentration in water). Conductivity and pH are usually categorized as physical tests, though they are strongly dependent on the chemical characteristics of an aqueous solution. The difference between the two is that pH measurements don’t indicate precisely the difference between the quantity of a solution concentrate and the quantity of a diluted fountain solution which are determined by conductivity.
Yes, there is a relationship between pH and conductivity. Strongly acidic (the lower the pH, the higher the H+ concentration), the solution will have high conductivity. I hope you will get some tips about the relationships of the two.

During nano-particle formation care needs to be taken that the particles do not clump to form bigger aggregates. This clumping of particles can lead to formation of bigger particles that will not remain in nano-particle size range. Thus solution is constantly stirred to prevent this effect. Solution homogeneity is required for the formation of nano-particles so when plant extract is added the solution needs to be in constant motion so that the Cu does not form bigger clumps with the phytochemicals in the extract.
High temperature can also have similar aggregation effect so the temperature has to be maintained.
