Sir, the temperature may not be the reason as more temperature is generated inside the barrel of expeller. At the same temperature microwave treatment enhances the oil recovery in solvent through cell breakage. I think breaking of cell increases the surface oil which causes the slippage of screw (it was observed in my case) in side the barrel and reduces further meal formation and oil expulsion.
