I have used Copper acetate.H2O, Ferric Chloride and Thiourea as precursors taking solvent ethylene glycol. I have synthesized by microwave assisted synthesis technique but I am unable to what is the reaction mechanism? It has formed tetragonal lattice with nanoplate morphology which breaks into QDs after sonication.
