Hi I am recently studying the anatomy of lymph node.

Now I wants to know what the size of lymphatic vessels and sinus in it.

Afferent and efferent lymphatic vessels seems to be -200-300um range.

Does anybody know the size range or at least medium size (in diameter) of sinus running through the lymph? Could you provide references if you have please?
