Have a look at this, commercial kits are available for glucose/glucose oxydase detection using a coupled assay with peroxydase using a fluorometric method:
Use a redox dye in your medium. If your organism is producing Glucose oxidase enzyme it will oxidise glucose to gluconic acid with simultaneous reduction in dye. Either a dye will change from colorless to colored or vice versa. You can also use pH indicator dyes such as bomocresol green, methyl red which change color when the medium changes from basic to acidic. Oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid will make your medium little acidic which can be easily tested using these dyes. Good luck
