I hope everyone is doing well. I am a new Ph.D. studen. I am about to use the FM 4-64 lipophilic dye on Gram-negative bacteria. I would like to ask you if anyone could help me by recommending a good experiment protocol or if you know a good paper to read that details the protocol for the experiment.

As I mentioned above guys, I am getting ready to use it to see if my bacteria who are infected with a lysogen would change their capsule's lipid production and whether this lysogen is upregulating or downregulating the lipid production process.
