How will the latex be prepared for the test (i.e. how to make the emulsion or the right concentration of the papaya latex)?

Soon after the collection of latex, if you leave it for some time, it will separate into a oil layer and aqueous layer. Aqueous layer is water soluble and can be dilute with sterile distilled water.
