Please someone suggest the protocol for ROS detection through Flowcytometetry by using h2dcfda dye. The cell line should be suspention. How i deal with suspension cell line for this detection?

We used it for detection of ROS in red blood cells and it worked fine. You can have a look at the protocol in the Supplementary Methods section. Good luck!

Go through the research paper-Production and Detection of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in Cancers.Here They Have used Jurkat, a human leukemia cell line. (A Suspension cell Line as per your requirement and identified ROS production using carboxy-H2DCFDA dye by flow cytometry method.
