How we can determine the transdermal flux for topical drug delivery system and how it will differ from steady state flux?

If you draw the graph of cumulative amt of drug permeated vs. Time and add trendline into it. The line equation of that graph containing slope of the line. Divide the slope by the surface area of the Franz cell. That is your flux.
