It all depends on your application: Is it a civil engineering structure of a mechanical/aeronautical engineering one? Also, how accurate you want your models to be.

For the civil engineering, I find CSI / SAP2000 rather good.

For a Mechanical engineering application, NX/Nastran (SimCenter 3D) is hard to beat.
