Hello everyone, I am working with multi physics eulerian modelling in ANSYS. I am using k-epsilon model to work with simulation. Simulation is regarding stirring of molten Al in crucible or say cylindrical vessel. I am using two phases molten Al (Density = 2740 kg/m3), viscosity = 0.00175 kg/ms) and Air in k-epsilon model. Air as primary phase and molten Al as secondary phase. Condition given is dispersed.

During simulation I am getting error "turbulence viscosity limited to viscosity ratio 1.000000e+05 in xxxxxx cells" and count of cells get increasing after each iteration. Due to which simulation ends giving error "Floating point exception".

If any have suggestion to resolve this issue, please mention here. It will be very helpful.
