I saw patients with florid symptoms in genetic diseases like thalassesemia. It looked to me like a fire affecting many members in one family. IH symptoms are much less clear and is mixed with lots of misdirections and denying. Also management is controversial. I hope the above is considered in research.
I think radical treatment of genetic disease is a gene therapy, if researchers concentrate on it will be radical treatment and not need management.

My focus now is about my daughter and she is 15 years old. I hope that by her age of childbirth, you will have an injection to fix the gene and stop the bad gene coming down to her offspring. This would would be a great job. Think also of cardiomyopathies, muscular dystrophies, thalassemia and many many others.

Thanks a lot dear Seifoallah. Her CSF pressure is 15 CM water (Borderline). Current plan is follow up.
