Bode plots show the magnitude of the impedance and phase as a function of the frequency. If the slope of the Bode magnitude graph is -1, either in mid or high frequency range, what information does it tell us regarding the measured sample (MOS device as in attached file for example)? And suppose it deviates from this value, does it have any physical meaning?

I will also appreciate some literature explaining this concept. Thank you.
