I got an average case/person mean score of 1.8 logits based on the Rasch Analysis of a polytomous data. I would like to report this in a percentage form to provide the readers with a plain understanding of the level of implementation of a case. Do I just interpret this as most agreed or endorsed average score of the sample as it is greater than 0.0 logits? or Do I interpret in logistic regression that the odds of a case exposure is 1.8 times greater than its baseline exposure?

Could Rasch experts help me interpret the logits score in percentages, please?
