I want to study the outdoor thermal comfort for Thimphu city in Bhutan. I will derive the NDVI, NDBI and LST and then will study the relation with a thermal comfort index. Can I take the Temperature Humidity Index as the thermal comfort index? The city is really small with an area of 26 sq. km and the weather station data is located 5 km away from the city center. Taking the environmental parameters (air temp, relative humidity and wind velocity) from the weather station will be enough to represent the thermal comfort for the whole city?
