Say Soxhlet's solvent extraction will yield 15-18%. However crushing is mechanical technique with lots of parameters influencing the yield: speed, force of crushing, feed, volume of soya and crusher, moisture content. maximum yield one would get in crushing is between 10-12%.
If you are using steam distillation then 4 ml oil is extracted in 1.5 hrs which is very low.
i think it is unstable percentage and differs during
crushing process of oil extraction.
