What is the parameters that effect on energy gap of polycrystalline semiconductor film?

I prepared tin sulphide films via chemical bath deposition method using two different concentrations of complex agent. The results of XRD and optical showed that the crystallinity of films convert from amorphous to polycrystalline with increased complex agent concentration. However, the energy values for two films are same.
