What is the optimum dose of PG administration in induce breeding of Catla fish (Catla Catla)?

Actually different scientist prefer and advise different dose of PG in case of induce breeding of Catla fish (Catla catla). I want to know the exact and optimum dose of PG used in hatchery and got the highest result.

i observe the first dose is .5 mg and 2nd dose is 5 mg used for calta in case of PG in hatchery condition
