Agha Rehman , it looks like this review on woody pyrolysis condenser systems is available on ResearchGate (below), this could be a great segway to plastic systems (with less water production?). I would also look for references that describe fluidized bed gasifier systems. When I was looking into this topic recently, I think there is a commercial process in Atlanta, Georgia (USA) but I don't remember the name of the company.

With reference to your above question, the design of the condenser will be based on the type of feed material for pyrolysis process, difference in the temperature to be maintained (water cooled/ice cooled/refrigerant cooled).
