I have been working on a quasi-unsteady simulation of sediment fluxes for a smaller headwater stream in Sweden. I have noticed that most of the transport of sorting methods are developed for sand or gravel beds. Moreover, most of the examples are from 'larger' rivers with gravel beds. I was wondering if there are some examples from HECRAS applications in fine-sediment dominated beds and/or smaller and low-sloped agricultural streams. What would the best transport and sorting method be for those streams?

HEC-RAS might not have specific methods for fine sediments, you can adapt sediment transport equations (such as the Einstein-Brown formula) to your specific conditions.
