What is the optimal oxygen concentration in the medium, to grow Arabidopsis in hydroponics conditions?

We are using standard hydroponics conditions with liquid medium: 1/4X MS, 0.5% sucrose, 0.05% MES and pH 5.7

I would like to know if anybody measured the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the medium, with an without areation (bubbling through water stone, shaking, etc), and if an optimal concentration has been identified for Arabidopsis. We keep our medium at 23C

We did not measure O2 in medium but I grew 10 day old Arabidopsis seedlings in 50 ml falkon tubes or flasks without giving them stress. Slightly shaking (70-100 rpm) usually enough for aeration.
