I would expect a further advance in AI and big data. This couple could fulfil many government functions.
Another potential breakthrough is possible in the area of biology, medicine and genetic engineering. This could provide personalized medicine (based on gene analysis) and gene modification of further generations. Gene modification can overcome social fears, if it will provide immunity against disease and viruses (like HIV, for example ). Later many parents will want to increase human capabilities of their children.

I am wondering about the time frame for the genetic engineering and gene modifications? Is it "soon" or we are talking about 2-3 generations?
Personalized medicine and genetic prognosis may become popular pretty soon. But gene modification at least after 1-2 generations while market of service is grouping and ethic problems are solving. But the first genetically edited twins Lulu and Nana were already born in China in 2018.
