The Japanese have a seismic database available for public in 2019.

Vjacheslav Nagorny gave it to me when I was writing the article,

but I didn't use it.

Pakistan and Afghanistan, it is not so easy to predict earthquakes. It is more difficult than in Japan. Therefore, in principle, you should rely on your country's database. Even if you get another country's, you may not be able to use it.
