You should check the Fugl-Meyer score which is a stroke-specific, performance-based impairment index, designed to assess motor functioning, balance, sensation and joint functioning in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.

Brunnstrom stages of recovery will b apt for this.. but in specific FUGL MEYER also a tool..

Thanks for the suggestions. I think FMA is the right tool as it is also based on the Brunnstrom stages of recovery.
