Resonant filters with L and C components are capable of filtering out multiple harmonics components (multiple-tuned resonant filters) from an harmonic source effectively. They provide high impedance path for the harmonic to be blocked. Are there any other methods to achieve the same task of filtering?
Wave trap( L/C combination) used, for communication. on normal transmission line would be the best example, as it filters communication signal from 50 Hz power signal.
