squamous cell carcinoma can be treated with surgical excision , radiotherapy and chemotherapy
I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question. Treatment options vary largely from one person to the other, depending on the disease stage and the patient condition, to say the least.
For metastatic disease 1st line treatment choices are either Cisplatin+ Infusional 5FU+Cetuximab or Docetaxel+Cisplatin+İnfusional 5FU according to patient's physical condition and comorbidities.
In fact oral sq.c. carcenoma is chemoresistans and radiosensetive, so no role for chemotherapy in oral sq. C.c.,its used for palliative therapy
Thank you for your kind comment,oral s.c.c. different from head and neck in sensitivity like nasopharyngeal carcinoma, immunotherapy not chemotherapy its better to called it systemic therapy, No role for chemotherapy as therapeutics agents o.s.c.c,only palliative issue thanks
