By searching papers, I can find some ways to fabricate cellulose based membranes.
But I wonder about the real way of fabricating cellulose membranes.
So many methods that introduced in papers are not fitting well in industry, in my guess.

It depends on the application of the cellulose membrane. Fabrication for large-scale affinity purification or ultrafiltration of water cannot be the same as fabrication for protein separation or reverse osmosis or for use in drug delivery or in tissue engineering. So, fabrication is purpose specific.
