My problem is about the media, I mean SBF, PBS or Deionized water. I cannot choose one as the best media for evaluation of degradation behavior and pH variation. and the another is, how much (ml) should it be added? is there any calculation equation or not?

Hello Reza,
I think SBF with added lysozyme would be an option for you to consider.
if you have the scaffold of certain shape/size, the solution should be enough to cover the sample.
Water is not a good medium to evaluate degradation as it lacks the minerals.etc which are present in body physiological solution.
