Please be more specific in your question why do you need to use PCA? is feature reduction your objective? is object edge extraction needed?
Please provide more details as otolith are very complex type of texture images.

We already done the extraction of sulcus acusticus and edge extraction of the otolith.
The shape of the otolith is highly varying and we want to understand the standard shape of the otolith.
