the markers were used in adalt the saome of the fetal sample . As Glucagon is a marker of alpha cells, insulin is a marker of beta cells, somatostatin is a marker of delta cells(see answer of David Meyerholz ) and you can use the nwe differentiated CD as CD34 for the new formed cells
