I want to neutralize a protein by injecting its antibody in mice intravenously. Antibody is anti-mouse raised in rabbit. Need some information and suggestion about what the amount of antibody will be or if there any other important information please let me know.
Alex Kashkin is right, much more information is needed about what you want to achieve. In particular, is there any literature data on your target already? If you can share more details the we may be able to provide some suggestions. Remember, the more specific and detailed your question is the better the answers will be.

Thank you both of you for your kind information. Actually its a glycoprotein present in the circulation at about 200 microgram/ml concentration. It is also secreted from various organs. My aim is to make it partially nonfunctional in the circulation by blocking it with its antibody. The half life of the protein is nearly 3-4 hours. If it is possible then what should be the concentration of the antibody which I am going to inject into the mice? If there is any protocol or literature please suggest me some of them.
