you will have a hard time retaining this on a C18 material (if this is your question), if its about a clean up step, I would try using a diol Hilic material loading the SPE with the analyte in, i.e. 98% ACN.
If its about the mechanism its van der Waals interactions of the terpene tail
If it didn't have the terpene tail, C18 wouldn't work. I suspect, with the terpene, it is non-polar enough that C18 would be Ok, although silica would be another possibility. It's a borderline compound.

I think that could be the combination of two things. First, the the non polar -non polar interaction between the alcyl groups ot he C18 resin and the terpene tail. Second the presence of free silanol groups( that still exist in a modified silica material) that could retain the polar part of the glucosides.
