In a thesis, the "List of Publications" is a list of all the research papers, journal articles, and other published works that have arisen from the research being presented in the thesis. This list is usually included on the last page of the thesis.
The purpose of the list is to give the reader an overview of the research that has been published based on the work presented in the thesis, and to provide citations for those published works so that the reader can easily find and refer to them. The list is usually organized in chronological order, with the most recent publications listed first.
I second the answer given by Syed Walli Husnain. The list covers all the research papers, reports or book chapters, or even books that you've authored during your Ph.D. studies and they are part of your Ph.D. research projects.
