If graphene nanodisks and any other inclusions that play dipole role are exposed by plane wave, one can see Lorentzian shape of extinction cross section. W0 is resonance frequency and linewidth of resonance is the bandwidth of resonance for the half of maximum value.

The extinction cross section can be found by using CST, COMSOL and other numerical simulators.
