I would suggest trying high pressure - deep tissue massage to the typical locations that typically compromise nerve function due to hyper tonus muscle tissue. Shoulders, extensors and flexors of the hands, neck musculature, tissue around shoulder blades. Any marked pain to low levels of pressure (5 lbs) would indicate overuse.

Consider anything contributing to muscle cramped by overuse ( keeping a muscle or muscle group contracted for long periods - such as keeping the extensors of the hand and fingers contracted while typing on a computer key board ( you are contracting the extensors for the majority of the time so as to not type the wrong key... ) This may result in fatigue of the muscle and result in overuse and chronic contraction/acidosis due to the fact there is a small amount to tissue dedicated to holding the wrist and fingers back ".

A good massage therapist with sports med exposure can likely determine if overuse injury is the cause of the neuropathy.
